Rebecka was everything we needed. Not only did she answer all my questions via text and also called to clarify somethings. She also made sure she went we booked for every house I wanted to see. Not only did she send recommendations but she also able to make it possible for things I found. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on how much things would cost to repair and how we could stay competitive against other bidders. She got me in contact with an awesome mortgage broker and was a good negotiator when it came down to what was fair. Never did I feel like I had to settle or I had no say. Which is what a new buyer wants to feel when they are buying a new home. They want to feel that trust. I would definitely recommend to any future buyers.
