My experience with Rebecka was nothing less than amazing!

My parents had recently passed and I was planning on selling their home. Rebecka contacted me and let me know she would love to help me when I was ready. She put absolutely no pressure on me. Within a couple of months we were in the middle of COVID-19. I had stopped working on clearing out their home because I did not think it would be able to be sold during the Pandemic. Rebecka contacted me just to follow-up. She told me homes were actually selling quite well and there was so little inventory on the market that they sell very quickly. I decided to get back on it.

My parents had lived in the home for 50 years, and I thought someone would buy it and completely remodel it before moving in. I told Rebecka I was just going to clear out the house, but not clean it, because I thought it would just be gutted anyway.

Rebecka told me, "no problem, I will take care of it". One of many times I heard those words from her. Not only did she have it cleaned, she cleaned the kitchen tile herself, had a large slope at the back of the house weeded, rototilled and replanted the backyard, made sure the yards were watered and mowed, had the windows and the carpet cleaned (without me having to do ANYTHING)! I didn't know realtors did this stuff, seriously, and I don't think most do. She also staged the home and almost made me want to keep it.

The home had a LOT of traffic and sold in the first week, with multiple offers (and well above the listing price)! :)

Rebecka handled everything and made it look easy. She was prompt with returning my calls and answering any questions I had. She is upbeat, pleasant and has boundless energy. She is a professional. I trusted her completely. Rebecka went way beyond my expectations.

I have already referred her to two other people and will continue to do so.

Rebecka is amazing in every sense of the word. I could not have been any happier!

She went over and beyond our expectations in all aspects. Helped with negotiating, but was also very honest about letting us know if the house was right for us. She will do whatever it takes to find you your dream home at the right price and be there to help us with the escrow process until final closing.

If you are looking to sell or buy a house, Rebecka Forrester is your person. She helped me list property and was amazing! Rebecka also staged all areas making it more desirable. Also, I needed plumbing and carpentry done before the listing and Rebecka suggested leads which were helpful. She knows the real estate market very well.
