My girlfriend and I were looking for a specific purchase of a 3 or 4 unit property with an FHA loan. I was introduced to Rebecka through a mutual friend and from the first meeting it was clear she knows a ton about the industry, including the processes and difficulties that came with our purchase. She was extremely helpful with knowledge that I hadn't come across yet as well. We viewed a few properties that didn't really fit our criteria and she didn't push us to pursue them, she kept working until we found the right property. Once we found it, her and her team kept everything on track and we were able to close during the pandemic, meeting self sufficiency and having everything go pretty smooth. I definitely recommend Rebecka to anyone looking for property in the LA or OC area.

I would highly recommend Rebecka if you need a realtor- She was able to help us with all repairs needed and ideas for us so that we could get the most value out of the sale of our house-She knows exactly who to call and put together a fabulous team for us when we made suggestions as to what we wanted to do- She listened to us and showed us just how committed she was in respecting our wishes and made excellent choices in colors and staging when we were ready to sell- With her experience in flipping homes and her knowledge in finances, Rebecka was able to make our home look like one you would find in a magazine as a "dream home"-We had talked to other realtors but Rebecka helped us the most and took a real interest in OUR needs and as a result, we got the best possible price for our home sale- We trusted her judgement and her expertise- If I wanted to sell my current home, I would call upon Rebecka for the sale-

I was extremely impressed with Rebecka Forrester as our real estate agent. When we decided to sell our house, we knew that we had a major undertaking - to make our house look more attractive – both on the outside and inside. We, therefore, searched for a realtor who was willing to work with us, give us ideas, and help us maximize our investment. Rebecka carefully described how she worked and then outlined what she wanted to do. We agreed with her philosophy and her specifics. She treated the house as if it were hers and basically, became our remodeling contractor. She negotiated with a dozen different suppliers and managed the purchasing, buying, and installation of everything while sticking with to our initial budget. All we had to do was okay each project and then pay the bills when she forwarded them to us. She went far and beyond what I would expect a realtor to do. The entire remodeling took less than 3 weeks! When we did our walk through (as prospective buyers), we were totally amazed at the transformation of the property from a house to a castle. Not only was the place crisp and clean, the staging was done so well that we almost wanted to take our house off the market.
We got several offers extremely quickly and eventually sold the house for virtually the original asking price. We found this to be incredible in such a “down” real estate market.
I recommend Rebecka very highly.
