My girlfriend and I were looking for a specific purchase of a 3 or 4 unit property with an FHA loan. I was introduced to Rebecka through a mutual friend and from the first meeting it was clear she knows a ton about the industry, including the processes and difficulties that came with our purchase. She was extremely helpful with knowledge that I hadn't come across yet as well. We viewed a few properties that didn't really fit our criteria and she didn't push us to pursue them, she kept working until we found the right property. Once we found it, her and her team kept everything on track and we were able to close during the pandemic, meeting self sufficiency and having everything go pretty smooth. I definitely recommend Rebecka to anyone looking for property in the LA or OC area.

I was extremely impressed with Rebecka Forrester as our real estate agent. When we decided to sell our house, we knew that we had a major undertaking - to make our house look more attractive – both on the outside and inside. We, therefore, searched for a realtor who was willing to work with us, give us ideas, and help us maximize our investment. Rebecka carefully described how she worked and then outlined what she wanted to do. We agreed with her philosophy and her specifics. She treated the house as if it were hers and basically, became our remodeling contractor. She negotiated with a dozen different suppliers and managed the purchasing, buying, and installation of everything while sticking with to our initial budget. All we had to do was okay each project and then pay the bills when she forwarded them to us. She went far and beyond what I would expect a realtor to do. The entire remodeling took less than 3 weeks! When we did our walk through (as prospective buyers), we were totally amazed at the transformation of the property from a house to a castle. Not only was the place crisp and clean, the staging was done so well that we almost wanted to take our house off the market.
We got several offers extremely quickly and eventually sold the house for virtually the original asking price. We found this to be incredible in such a “down” real estate market.
I recommend Rebecka very highly.

Rebecka is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but she took care of every part of the listing and transaction so that no stress was on me in any way. She guided me through decisions and took on the problems on her own.

Rebecka has done 3 sales for our family. The latest included her involvement as a project manager to prepare a property for sale from a very dilapidated condition. Her extensive list of contractors allowed her to do all phases in a timely and cost effective manner. Did I mention that I'm out of state? Would not have been able to do this without her and she has always been cheerful and more than willing to help with anything requested of her.
I'd given her 6 stars if it were possible.

Where do I even begin with reviewing Rebecka.. She went well above and beyond helping my husband and I in finding our perfect home. Being that we are first time home buyers, she was very patient with us by explaining each and every step of the way. She was very helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. She will even answer questions in the late hours of the night! She felt like family to us. We will refer our closest friends and family to her! She is literally the best.

Rebecka was very welcoming and helpful since the first meeting we had she showed up with the lender that helped us with our home loan, every question and concern we had was answered right away. We would definitely recommend her!!!
