I was extremely impressed with Rebecka Forrester as our real estate agent. When we decided to sell our house, we knew that we had a major undertaking - to make our house look more attractive – both on the outside and inside. We, therefore, searched for a realtor who was willing to work with us, give us ideas, and help us maximize our investment. Rebecka carefully described how she worked and then outlined what she wanted to do. We agreed with her philosophy and her specifics. She treated the house as if it were hers and basically, became our remodeling contractor. She negotiated with a dozen different suppliers and managed the purchasing, buying, and installation of everything while sticking with to our initial budget. When we did our walk through (as prospective buyers), we were totally amazed at the transformation of the property from a house to a castle. Not only was the place crisp and clean, the staging was done so well that we almost wanted to take our house off the market.
