If I could give Rebecka 1,000 stars, I would! She is really THAT good. There is not a single aspect of this very complicated sale that she did not exceed my expectations in - from start to finish.
Let me count the ways!!!
- She saw the potential in my house that other realtors had not, then helped me prepare and market it in a way so that it sold for what I felt it was worth.
- She knew immediately which shot (photo) to take of the outside of my house to make it MOST appealing. And boy, was it. NO one - not even me - had ever thought of it.
- She hired a drone operator to get the shot.
- She used/uses a brilliant selling strategy that worked quickly & for best price.
- She worked hard for me. Even though I know she has other clients & a lot going on, she was always there for me. She is efficient.
- She guided me meticulously every step of the way. For instance, in what I needed to do to make the most of my house; to repair or replace where needed and to not bother where it didn't; she advised me on staging the house - and so on with everything! I felt supported throughout.
- She & her husband did last minute staging when they arrived to take the photos which REALLY made a difference. It actually blew my mind how much difference it made! And the photos were top notch - fabulous.
- Rebecka has such a depth of understanding of real estate which she shared eloquently and inspiringly with myself and prospective buyers. I felt that she cared. It helped a lot. She is very personable.
- She understands finances - she is actually a financial planner & brings all those skills with her to the table.
- Rebecka is unflappable & an amazing negotiator. My buyers needed to sell a property in order to buy my house - she found them a buyer! And then negotiated this triangular deal, with sometimes stubborn & attached people - what, me???!! - in a way that made it work for all of us and in record time. See what I mean about 1000 stars?? I could keep going - about how she researched here & reached out there; did this, that & the other thing which made it SO much easier. Plus all the hand holding along the way! Can you imagine how many hats she had to wear to bring this deal to an elegant close?
- Lastly, she is a wonderful, caring human being.
If you are lucky enough to find Rebecka available I recommend that you jump at the opportunity!

My girlfriend and I were looking for a specific purchase of a 3 or 4 unit property with an FHA loan. I was introduced to Rebecka through a mutual friend and from the first meeting it was clear she knows a ton about the industry, including the processes and difficulties that came with our purchase. She was extremely helpful with knowledge that I hadn't come across yet as well. We viewed a few properties that didn't really fit our criteria and she didn't push us to pursue them, she kept working until we found the right property. Once we found it, her and her team kept everything on track and we were able to close during the pandemic, meeting self sufficiency and having everything go pretty smooth. I definitely recommend Rebecka to anyone looking for property in the LA or OC area.

Rebecka has done 3 sales for our family. The latest included her involvement as a project manager to prepare a property for sale from a very dilapidated condition. Her extensive list of contractors allowed her to do all phases in a timely and cost effective manner. Did I mention that I'm out of state? Would not have been able to do this without her and she has always been cheerful and more than willing to help with anything requested of her.
I'd given her 6 stars if it were possible.

We were looking for a real estate agent, an interior decorator / consultant and, hopefully, a project manager. We got all 3 and the results were outstanding!

The house that we were selling was a little dated on the inside and needed work on the outside. We talked with a few real estate agents. It seemed that all they wanted to do was sell our house, in pretty much the existing condition, with minimal involvement. We were willing to spend some money if the return would be justified. But, we needed a lot of help.

We lucked out by finding Rebecka. She gave our house a walk-through and immediately recognized what needed to be done. My wife and I loved her ideas and decided to give Rebecka our full trust. We agreed on a budget and a timetable. One of the best things was that, since I am out of town a lot, Rebecka said she would coordinate all purchases, installations, and repairs. Our timetable was achieved and our expenses ended up in-line with our budget.

We had already purchased a smaller home and mostly stayed away from this house during the "transformation". When Rebecka "invited" us to see the house as it would be presented for sale, I had to blink a few times to see if I was dreaming or not. She had staged it magnificently, taken care of the inspection and maintenance issues, and completely redone several of the rooms. She had poured her soul into our house - as if it were hers.

When we listed the house, we immediately received multiple offers. We were extremely happy with the sales price.

If you are looking for a professional realtor who understands the market, is very serious about her work, cares about you, and goes "the extra mile", Rebecka (we call her the "Realty Doctor") is a must!

My experience with Rebecka was nothing less than amazing!

My parents had recently passed and I was planning on selling their home. Rebecka contacted me and let me know she would love to help me when I was ready. She put absolutely no pressure on me. Within a couple of months we were in the middle of COVID-19. I had stopped working on clearing out their home because I did not think it would be able to be sold during the Pandemic. Rebecka contacted me just to follow-up. She told me homes were actually selling quite well and there was so little inventory on the market that they sell very quickly. I decided to get back on it.

My parents had lived in the home for 50 years, and I thought someone would buy it and completely remodel it before moving in. I told Rebecka I was just going to clear out the house, but not clean it, because I thought it would just be gutted anyway.

Rebecka told me, "no problem, I will take care of it". One of many times I heard those words from her. Not only did she have it cleaned, she cleaned the kitchen tile herself, had a large slope at the back of the house weeded, rototilled and replanted the backyard, made sure the yards were watered and mowed, had the windows and the carpet cleaned (without me having to do ANYTHING)! I didn't know realtors did this stuff, seriously, and I don't think most do. She also staged the home and almost made me want to keep it.

The home had a LOT of traffic and sold in the first week, with multiple offers (and well above the listing price)! :)

Rebecka handled everything and made it look easy. She was prompt with returning my calls and answering any questions I had. She is upbeat, pleasant and has boundless energy. She is a professional. I trusted her completely. Rebecka went way beyond my expectations.

I have already referred her to two other people and will continue to do so.

Rebecka is amazing in every sense of the word. I could not have been any happier!
