I met Rebecka at an open house for a home she was showing in Eastmont Villas. I was in the market for a home and Rebecka helped me identify available properties for sale and ultimately pick the home I recently purchased. She recommended the lending agent who was fantastic. She recommended vendors to handle repairs. She even waited at the property for inspectors and appraisers when I was not available to do so. She even offered to help me move. I cannot recommend anyone more highly. When it comes time to sell my property Rebecka will be my first call.

I met Rebecka when she was listing a home in the complex where I lived. I was looking for a place to buy since my landlord was selling my house and we could not come to an agreement on purchase price to stay. Rebecka took me through the whole process from start to finish. She lined up numerous homes to see within my price range in the areas that I requested. We found a home in Fullerton that just had a 60K price reduction and we jumped at that opportunity and we were able to close escrow in less than 30 days. Rebecka even helped me line up some contractors to make upgrades to the property after we closed escrow and before we moved in. Rebecka was fantastic. I cannot recommend her highly enough. When it comes time to sell my home Rebecka will be my first and only call.

We were looking for a real estate agent, an interior decorator / consultant and, hopefully, a project manager. We got all 3 and the results were outstanding!

The house that we were selling was a little dated on the inside and needed work on the outside. We talked with a few real estate agents. It seemed that all they wanted to do was sell our house, in pretty much the existing condition, with minimal involvement. We were willing to spend some money if the return would be justified. But, we needed a lot of help.

We lucked out by finding Rebecka. She gave our house a walk-through and immediately recognized what needed to be done. My wife and I loved her ideas and decided to give Rebecka our full trust. We agreed on a budget and a timetable. One of the best things was that, since I am out of town a lot, Rebecka said she would coordinate all purchases, installations, and repairs. Our timetable was achieved and our expenses ended up in-line with our budget.

We had already purchased a smaller home and mostly stayed away from this house during the "transformation". When Rebecka "invited" us to see the house as it would be presented for sale, I had to blink a few times to see if I was dreaming or not. She had staged it magnificently, taken care of the inspection and maintenance issues, and completely redone several of the rooms. She had poured her soul into our house - as if it were hers.

When we listed the house, we immediately received multiple offers. We were extremely happy with the sales price.

If you are looking for a professional realtor who understands the market, is very serious about her work, cares about you, and goes "the extra mile", Rebecka (we call her the "Realty Doctor") is a must!
